Eaucourt mill is more commonly known as 'Guidon mill' because it was used, in olden days, to guide boats in the Baie de Somme.
Entirely renovated 17th-century windmill, the "Moulin Guidon" was so named because, thanks to its red sails, it was used as a landmark for boats coming into the Baie de Somme. Located on the hills of Eaucourt-sur-Somme, dominates the valley.
