Since 2012, I've been a professional storyteller, and I find it fun, exciting, stimulating, distressing, delirious, fruitful, charming, interesting, toothbrushing, soothing, etc, etc.For me, storytelling is a way of allowing myself to be both a dandelion seed swaying in the wind and a towering boulder dozing at the foot of the mountain. I'm also interested in how storytelling can be used as a tool to mediate between oneself and the world, others and oneself. ÔnirÔ is a slightly eccentric project, based on the premise that imagination helps us to inhabit the territories in which we live, and thus to give them meaning.storyteller Thomas Dupont records and puts online legends inspired by elements of the heritage (landscapes, monuments, fauna or flora) of Picardie Maritime. Some come to us from the distant past, others are born of a recent encounter between a place and an imaginary world. All, in their own way, tell the story of the link between men and women, past and present, and their territory.
