Symbol of the communal liberties acquired in 1126, this belfry is a square tower of stone and sandstone having kept its medieval base. Elevation dating from the 16th century, bell tower from the 18th century. The interior is composed of a prison and 4 superimposed rooms which testify of a rich communal history. Listed as a Unesco World Heritage Site, it houses the Tourist Information Office.
