In his traditional restaurant with a panoramic view over the Somme valley, Sébastien creates daily menus with seasonal ingredients from no fewer than 150 farms. You can choose between freshly caught fish (from the coast, of course) and meat from the farm… which is treated with respect, impeccably cooked and served with carefully prepared side-dishes… Sébastien's creative cuisine is rooted in the maritime Picardy region and aims to enhance the local, high-quality ingredients.
